Here are the instructions on doing it:
1. Call Us at 480-559-9694.
Before you ship the item give us a call and talk with us about your broken iPhone, iPod or iPad. This makes sure that your device can be repair and you can get an estimate price.
2. SENDING YOUR DEVICE IN
After you’ve called us, you need to send your device in. You should remove your SIM card, where applicable. Do not include anything else when sending in your device (e.g. no chargers, accessories, or other items).
Include a paper with your information on it, such as your name and telephone.
We highly recommend to fully back up your device to iCloud or iTunes before sending it in, while we’re confident in our service, it’s always a good thing to have a back up. If you have pass-codes lock please remove them or let us know what they are, or if you can, we suggest wiping your device before sending it in.
Please ship via companies that allow directly to door deliveries, that ensures that you package will be received by us and not misplaced.
3. THE REPAIR PROCESS
Once we receive your device, we inspect it and we will contact you and process the payment via PayPal.
Then we will perform the repairs as needed.
Once the repairs are done we will test it to ensure that it is working perfectly.
4. RETURNING YOUR DEVICE
After the process is complete, we will ship it back out to you FOR FREE.
